One can only imagine where "Magnolia Village" got it's name. Could it be from all of the beautiful Magnolia trees on our lovely grounds. That would be my guess.

I do know from stories that have been told to me that the previous owner put his blood, sweat and tears into building this quite community setting in the heart of this quaint little town.

In Spring & Summer when all of the Magnolia flowers are in bloom and the aromna feels the air with a sweet lemony smell that reminds me of home.

Magnolia Village Rentals is a quite apartment community located on private property where neighbors are friends and children play in the park area and feel safe.

There is a saying, " There's no place like home" this I believe with all my heart!  I do hope if you are looking for a place to rent in Berryville, AR. you'll consider this your home too. 

Awh the sounds of Summer . . . . laughter of the children and adults having a splashing good time in the pool.

Our pool is closed to the public and is for tenants and their guest only.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and opens everyday weather permitting at  9am and closes at 9pm.

And for the sun lovers there are plenty of lounging chairs to soak-up those sun rays.
